SleepTonic generates personalized binaural beats layered with nature soundscapes, a warm drone pad, and gentle ambient melodies to help you fall asleep, relax, focus, or meditate. The audio is generated and mixed in real time, so it never repeats.
For binaural beats, yes — headphones are recommended so each ear receives its own frequency, which is how the binaural effect works. Nature sounds, the drone, and melodies sound great on speakers too, but headphones give the full experience.
Open the Mixer to blend four layers: Binaural frequency, Nature, Drone, and Melody. Adjust each volume, pick a nature sound and a melody style, set the binaural frequency, then play. Tap Save to store your mix as a preset you can reopen anytime.
From the player, open the timer and choose All Night, 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes. When the timer ends, the audio gently fades out so it won't wake you. "All Night" keeps playing until you stop it.
You'll be asked about reminders during onboarding, and you can change them anytime in Settings. Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device — disable them in the App or in your phone's system notification settings.
Kids Mode offers gentle lullaby sessions designed for children, with simple parental controls. It's meant to be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian. You can show or hide it in Settings. Like the rest of the app, it collects no personal data.
SleepTonic Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds are handled by the store, not by us. On iOS, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use the Google Play refund process in your order history.
SleepTonic stores everything on your device and keeps nothing on any server. Your saved mixes, settings, and reminders are deleted automatically when you uninstall the App. On Android you can also clear data via System Settings → Apps → SleepTonic → Storage → Clear data. Because we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. Questions? Email support@mucoapps.com.
